1Who we are
- The controller of your data is MIX EXPRESS SHIPMENT SERVICES L.L.C – S.P.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2Data we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone, company name; ID or passport number for individuals; trade licence and TRN for companies.
- Shipment data: shipper and consignee addresses, description, weight and value of goods, and the documents you upload (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates).
- Payment data: card payments are made on Ziina's secure payment page; we never receive or store your full card number or CVV. We keep the payment reference, amount and status, and any bank transfer receipts you upload.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, sign-in logs for security, and an anonymous visit ID for visitor statistics.
- Communications: your messages with us by email, WhatsApp or the platform.
3Why we use it
- To provide the service: pricing, booking, carrying out shipments and customs clearance, tracking and notifications.
- Invoicing, collection and refunds, and compliance with tax, customs, anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws.
- Protecting accounts, preventing fraud and improving the platform.
- Contacting you about your requests. We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can stop them at any time.
4Who we share it with
- Carriers, airlines, shipping lines, road hauliers, agents and customs brokers at origin and destination — only as needed to carry out your shipment.
- Customs and government authorities when requested or required by law.
- Ziina, to process card payments and refunds.
- Google Cloud / Firebase to host the platform and handle sign-in, and Google Gemini to read documents you upload (such as packing lists) and extract their data.
- Email and WhatsApp providers to deliver messages.
- We never sell or rent your data.
5Transfers outside the UAE
- Some data may be processed outside the UAE (service providers' servers, or freight parties at origin and destination). We do this only where needed to provide the service and with providers that protect the data.
6How long we keep it
- Account data is kept while the account is active.
- Invoices, financial records and shipping documents are kept for as long as UAE law requires (at least 5 years for tax and financial records), then deleted or anonymised.
7Your rights
- You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing, or portability — unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Send your request from your account email to admin@mixexpress.ae; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
8Cookies and browser storage
- We use browser storage to remember your language, your sign-in session and an anonymous visit ID. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
- The website loads Google Fonts, so your IP address reaches Google when the page loads.
9Security
- Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, staff access is limited by role, and every important change is recorded in an audit log.
10Children
- Our services are not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11Changes
- We may update this policy; updates apply from their publication on this page, and customers are notified of material changes.
